Trajan’s column. Detail of the sculptural narration

The narrative runs from bottom to top and from left to right. In Trajan’s Column, there are around 2,500 characters (Trajan appears in around sixty scenes). The frieze was created as a scroll that runs around the shaft of the column. Detail of the sculptural narration
