Magnificent building, wonderful discovery. The originality comes from the fact that you have to wait for someone to arrive at a meeting point 500 meters from the Colosseum to give you the tickets you booked online. It would have been ideal to have them sent directly to my phone!!!

These tickets, which I feared would be a rip-off, turned my vacation around. I highly recommend purchasing the Colosseum tickets with access to the Arena because they allow you to visit many secondary museums within the Colosseum archaeological park.

Despite purchasing tickets in advance, we still had to wait around 10 minutes at the Colosseum and around 20 minutes at the Roman Forum. The audio guide is very confusing to use. Next time, I would prefer a guided tour.

I was skeptical at first because I had read so many bad reviews and testimonials beforehand. But I have to say it was really great. We first had a meeting point with a guide for the tickets, then I received an email saying that we had already received the tickets by email. I also had some questions beforehand about the actual meeting point, and I received a reply within three minutes. So I would definitely book through Headout again. Sure, you pay a little more, but that’s okay because it’s really less stressful. We also visited the Vatican through Headout, which was also great. Unfortunately, we were a few minutes late, but they waited for us and a guide took us to our group in the Vatican. No waiting in line, no queuing, we went straight in with him and then continued with the group. That was even more worthwhile. The waiting times are usually really long, but this way you get in straight away. The audio guide in German was also good. All in all, I have to say it was really nice. I was very happy with the experience. Thank you so much for saving me time.
